- Items sent back without an RA number may be delayed or refused.

3. Preparing the Container for Return
To ensure a safe and successful return, the container must be:
Your total delivery time is calculated as:
- Securely packed in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials
- Properly shielded to prevent any damage during transit
Containers returned with damage may result in partial or denied refunds.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- Shipment tracking
- Insurance coverage
5. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Standard Containers
A refund may be issued if the returned container:
- Has never been used
- Has not been altered, modified, or damaged
- Is in the same condition as delivered
Customized Orders
- Refunds cannot be issued once customization or fabrication has begun.
- If you believe there's a workmanship issue or problem with a customized feature, please refer to the Quality Review section.
